FAQ

How long does each pendant last?

Our pendants last 3 MONTHS EACH. Many off-brand tick/pest pendants and collars advertise products with protection for 6, 8, or even 12 months. If the solutions were natural, this would be impossible. The perfect tick solution, sadly, doesn't exist. But we at Pawlrite stand firmly against false marketing for the safety of our pets.

How does it work?

The Pawlrite Tick & Flea Protection Pendant uses our blend of aromatic essential oils, such as lavender, peppermint, rosemary, and cedarwood to subvert pests. Upon movement, these oils aromatize and are released into the air using SmartRelease technology.

Is it really chemical free?

Darn right. We provide only the best organic solutions for our pets.

I heard some essential oils are toxic to pets?

Yes, this is the case for some essential oils ( peppermint is one of them ). Although this ingredient is in our formula, the coated silicone orb never makes contact with your pet. Learn more in our ingredients section.

Is it safe to touch the pendant? For kids?

Unlike cheap chemical options with ingredients unknown, be reassured that our products will never contain any harmful ingredients!

The pendant came into contact with my eyes/mouth. What should I do?

Although our product is 100% natural, we would advise washing your eyes and mouth out with water and calling your local health agency immediately.

Does everything work with dogs AND cats?

All of our products are designed to fit any and all furbabies, regardless of size, shape, or age.
